Professional Leases

On Site and Off Site

A professional lease is a fixed-term lease (typically 6 or 12 months) in which the lessee pays the owner an agreed upon lease fee for the value of the horse. Additionally, the lessee is responsible for all routine care and expenses associated with the horse, including board, farrier services, veterinary care, injections, tack, insurance, and  any other care related costs.

Care Leases

On Site and Off Site

A care lease is a fixed-term lease (typically 6 or 12 months) in which the horse's lease fee is waived. The lessee is responsible for all routine care and expenses associated with the horse, including board, farrier services, veterinary care, injections, tack, insurance, and any other care related costs.

Partial Leases

On Site

A partial lease allows a rider to enjoy regular access to a horse without assuming full responsibility for its care. The horse remains at City View Equestrian, and the lessee contributes an agreed-upon monthly fee toward the horse's care in exchange for scheduled riding privileges. The horse may also continue to be used by its owner, other approved riders, or in the lesson program.
